By placing an order on our store, you agree to these terms.
We operate a dropshipping business. Goods ship directly from China by our supplier.
1. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in USD. Payment will be charged when checkout is completed.
Import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included and are the buyer’s responsibility.

2. Product Information
We try to keep product pictures and descriptions accurate. Minor color difference may exist due to screen display. Vase is not included in this listing.
Stock depends on our supplier, we reserve the right to cancel orders if items are out of stock.

3. Shipping
Standard shipping:10–20 business days. Express shipping:5–8 business days.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs, courier or force majeure.

4. Returns & Refunds
Please read our separate Refund Policy for return rules.
We will NOT refund orders refused due to customs tax or import duties.

5. Liability
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
We are not responsible for indirect losses caused by product usage or delivery delay.
