Refund policy

1. We accept return requests within 7 calendar days after parcel delivery.

2. Items must be unused, undamaged andkept in original packaging to qualify for return.fees

3. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping.

4. No refund will be issued if the package is refused by buyer because of import
duties, taxes or customs charges.

5. If the item arrives broken, defective or wrong item sent, please provide clear photos within 48 hours after receiving the parcel. We will offer replacement or partial refund.

6. We do not cover any customs cost, return tax or extra charges for returns.
